DCR Training Plans
Diamond Creek Runners target several events each year and write training plans for these events. These are listed below. Also below are generic training plans that can be used for any event, or for general training. These plans are aimed at a beginner-intermediate level. If this is your very first event or you are aiming for a PB, you may want to tweak the plan to suit your needs. If you need assistance, please chat to one of the DCR coaches.
