Generic Training Plans

We know you love entering a variety of events around Victoria, Australia and even internationally! These programs can be used for any event, at any time. Simply download the program you want, put in the date of your event and then count back the weeks so you know when to start the training program. These programs are designed with our newer runners in mind. For those with more experience, you may wish to search online or adjust these programs to suit your needs. Enjoy!
